Impact is a free online donation platform in New Zealand, designed to make charitable giving easier. It absorbs all processing costs, issues tax receipts, and helps your organisation reach new donors.

Impact Ignite
Impact Ignite is ideal for small organisations seeking to streamline their donation processes and engage their community effectively. It enables your organisation to integrate online donations while maintaining flexibility to raise funds through other channels. Simply direct donors to our website, and we’ll handle the rest, making it easier than ever to maximise your impact.
Impact Amplify
Impact Amplify offers all the benefits of the Ignite package plus the added advantage of tangible donations, subscriptions and special appeals. This helps to expand your reach even further.
Receiving Payments
Impact remits funds on the 20th day of each month to ensure that donations are making a direct and immediate impact. Special consideration may be given to support urgent appeals or to better align with an organisation's operations.
Registration Requirements
Active Registration
All organisations must be registered with Charities Services in New Zealand and/or be approved for donee status by the Inland Revenue Department.
Approved Donations
The activities for each donation must be consistent with the charitable purpose outlined in the trust deed or governing documents.
Bank Account Details
The nominated bank account for receiving funds must be in the name of the charity/organisation.
Donation Declaration Form
Two signatories are needed to ensure transparency in the donation process.
This form is included as part of a Memorandum of Understanding.
